Virginia Lee Kruyd

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, mema, sister and aunt, Virginia L. Kruyd of Orlando, Florida, 81, born on February 26,1943 in Key West, Florida has gone to be with the Lord on December 3,2024. Survived by her husband Jacob G. Kruyd, her three children, Michele R.  Achilles , Jennifer D. Humr and Jason N. Kruyd, and her brother Frank L. Murphy, Grandmother of 7,and Mema of 11 great grandchildren.

Virginia is best known for Sunday school teaching of 4 and 5 year olds for over 40 years and the love of Christ she showed to her family, friends and anyone who came in contact with her. 

The viewing for the family will be held at 1pm Saturday December 7, 2024 at Dobbs Funeral Home, 430 N Kirkman Rd., Orlando, Florida 32811. The funeral Service will be held  at 2pm, Saturday December 7, 2024 at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 6000 W. Colonial Drive, Orlando, Florida 32808. The burial will take place at 9am on Tuesday, December 10,2024 at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 US-1, Mims, FL 32754.
