With the heaviest of hearts we announce the passing of our dear Terri Lynn McCullough, 76 of Belleville, Illinois and later Orlando, Florida. She passed very peacefully in her home surrounded by her entire family. Known affectionately as Grammy, devoted wife of John McCullough, loving Mother to Shannon McCullough Pawlak son in law Samuel Pawlak Jr, Meg McCullough Wasik son in law Aaron Wasik and Erin Laine McCullough (Boo). Grandmother to Hannah and Brandon von Hofmann, Selah Pawlak, Colin (Bear) Wasik, and Lainey Wasik.
Her world and life was dedicated to living for Jesus and her family. She was the heart and center of the family. Christmas was her super bowl. She spent her early adulthood as a devoted wife and stay at home Mom until finding her professional career as a Visual Merchandiser and eventually starting her own business “No Place Like Home” as an interior designer and professional Christmas tree decorator both in retail and commercial businesses in Belleville, Illinois and Saint Louis, Missouri areas. She served in the ministry for 45 years as a Pastor, teacher, friend and mentor to hundreds of people over the years.
Terri was a big competitor in golf often out driving the men in the mixed scrambles. She was a fierce bowler, and water skier. Her huge smile and joy lit up the room of every one it entered. She spent her retirement years caring for each of her grandchildren, traveling with her husband and being a huge part of the foundation and creation of God's House Orlando church.
