Shirley Ann Crawford, 88, of Winter Park, FL passed away Monday, March 10, 2025. Shirley was
born in Miami, Florida on May 15, 1936. Shirley was a loving and dedicated wife, mother,
grandmother and great grandmother. She was married to her one true love, Jack, for 70 years,
a milestone that testifies to the strength of an amazing love for each other. She moved from
place to place as a military wife, always establishing a new home that was organized and
welcoming. As an officer's wife she was a shining star beside her husband. Along her journey
through life she volunteered in many ways, including at her beloved church. While raising her
daughters she was involved in all their activities. Her hobbies included cross stitch, knitting,
quilting, sewing and painting. She was a lifetime Christian, and a member of Altamonte Chapel
for more than twenty years. Our stories are endless, as is our love for her.
Shirley was predeceased by her mother, Julia R Morris, her father, James R. Johns, and her
brother, Roger J. Johns. Left behind to mourn and remember her are her children, Peggy (Frank)
Leutheuser, Amy (John) Hair, her grandchildren, Carl, Chris, Daniel, Gary, Gregory, John, Keith
and Michelle, her great-grandchildren, Brittanie, Dominique, Emersyn, Iris, Jacob, Zeus and
Reagan.
Shirley will be laid to rest at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Winter Park, Florida in a private
service for family on March 18th .
