Melina June Bays, a beloved wife, daughter, and friend to many, passed away peacefully on
March 28, 2025, at 6:16 p.m., at the age of 45. Born on April 13, 1979, Melina brought light
and laughter into the lives of all who knew her with her loving heart, strong will, and
infectious sense of humor.
With her striking blonde hair and vibrant green eyes, Melina’s presence was unforgettable.
She faced life with a rare blend of strength and warmth, leaving a lasting impression on
everyone she met. Her wit and spirit could brighten even the darkest days, and her love
was a steady anchor for those closest to her. Melina had a boundless love for her dogs—
Daisy, Rose, and Maddie—who were her constant companions and brought her immense
joy. She lived larger than life, with a spirit that filled every room and a personality that left a
lasting mark on the world.
Melina is survived by her devoted husband, Justin Wahr, who cherishes every moment they
shared, as well as her father, Asa Bays, and stepmother, Ana Bays. She was a daughter and
friend to many, and her memory will live on in the countless lives she touched with her
kindness and grace
