Mattie Lucille Willis

Mattie Lucille Willis, age 79, passed away on Saturday, August 25th, 2012. Mattie was born in Edison, Georgia the daughter of Wesley and Clara Mae (Greene) Johnson. She moved to Central Florida from New York in 1950 and was employed as a Public Librarian. She was a member of Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Orlando. Mattie leaves to cherish her memory, three daughters, Sherlene Carter of Orlando, Veronica Gail Richardson of Decatur, Georgia, Sharon Lynn White of Orlando; son Kenneth Eric Richardson of Orlando; sisters Beulah Powell and Floree Smith, both of Decatur, Georgia; grandchildren Roderick and Eric Cannon both of Orlando, Kendell Richardson of Texas, Carmen Richardson of Decatur, Renisha Richardson of Decatur, Ashley Pryor of Jonesboro, Georgia, Jerell Cannon, Antoineka Ricks, Ebony Greene all of Orlando and Niko Richardson of Georgia. The family will be receiving friends at Dobbs Funeral Home on Friday, August 31st, 2012 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm. The funeral service will be held at Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church located at 1110 Drew Avenue (off Bruton) on Saturday, September 1st, 2012 at 1:00 pm with Pastor. Jesse Ivory, officiating.
