Katherine is survived by her husband, Howard Pitcher; her son Scott Heath and his spouse Rosemary McCue; her daughter Shanna and her spouse Frankie Tony; her son Chris and his spouse Susan Heath; and family members Holly and spouse Ray Smith, Heather and spouse Allen Dooley, Heidi and spouse Fred Gerth, Hope and spouse Will Paquet, Hailey and spouse Phil Kazolias, and Harmony Pitcher. Kat is preceded in death by Heath Pitcher.
A funeral service for Kat will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 13749 Reams Road, Windermere, FL 34786. The viewing will begin at 12:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 1:00 p.m.
A burial will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
