Germaine Jean-Charles

Germaine Jean-Charles, age 59 of Orlando passed away on Thursday, July 7th, 2011. Germaine was born in Pestel, Haiti the daughter of the late Orphise (Benoet) and Augustine Jean-Charles. Germaine moved to Central Florida from Miami in 1999. She was employed as a special education teacher for the Orange County Public School System at Magnolia Elementary School and was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic church and the Charismatic Catholic Group. Germain leaves to cherish her memory, son Utchey Cabane of Orlando; eight sisters, Julia Jean-Charles of Immoakee, Josslaine Jean-charles of Miami, Termacile Peantraue of Haiti, Gertrede Jean-Charles of Haiti, Jertha Jean-Charles of Haiti, Acela Estievin of Orlando, Marise Jean-Charles of Haiti, Faneline Lustin of Haiti; six brothers, Meil Jean-Charles of Orlando, Faril Jean-Charles of Haiti, Oberjo Jean-Charles of Haiti, Jean Claude Jean-Charles of Haiti, Hachet Jean-Charles of Haiti, Gerard Jean-Charles of Haiti; aunt Christiane Jean-Charles of New York; and numerous nieces, nephews , cousins and other family members. The family will be receiving friends on Friday, July 15th, 2011 from 6:30 - 9:30 pm at Dobbs Funeral Home. The funeral mass will be held on Saturday, July 16th, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at St. John Vianney Catholic Church located at 6200 Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, followed by interment at Greenwood Cemetery.
