Elizabeth "Betty" Ann Marsh

Elizabeth “Betty” Marsh, lovingly known as Betty, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2026, at the age of 97. Surrounded by her family, she entered into the presence of her Savior, leaving behind a legacy of faith, love, and service.

Betty was the devoted wife of the late Frank Marsh, with whom she shared 73 wonderful years of marriage. Together they built a loving family and created countless cherished memories.

A dedicated registered nurse, Betty enjoyed a distinguished career at Florida Hospital, where she was instrumental in establishing the Endoscopy Department and served as its Head Nurse. Her compassion, leadership, and commitment to caring for others touched the lives of countless patients and colleagues.

Betty was known for her unwavering devotion to her family, friends, and even strangers. Her warm smile could light up a room, and her kind heart left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Although she faced the challenges of dementia in her later years, her loving spirit remained an inspiration to those around her.

She is survived by her daughters, Kathryn Marsh Lenard, Lou Ann Marsh Hevener, and Mary Marsh Dunn; eight grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frank Marsh, and her son, David Marsh.

A visitation will be held on June 15, 2026, at Church on the Drive, beginning at 9:30 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place immediately afterward at Woodlawn Cemetery.

Betty will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her faith, kindness, and enduring love for her family will remain a treasured legacy for generations to come.
