Dennis W. Hall
July 23, 1945 - October 31, 2024
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Dennis W. Hall, affectionately known to some as Kenneth. Dennis departed this life peacefully at home surrendered by his family on October 31, 2024, at the age of 79.
Dennis is lovingly remembered by his beautiful wife, Sandra Fatmi-Hall his children; Sandra Hall-Comas, Roy Hall, Alicia Hall, Tenille Hall-Chamberlain, his 3 grandchildren Njani Chamberlain, Nyala Chamberlain, Nakari Chamberlain, his siblings Excel Hall, Beverly Hall-Blake, Cherrilla Cummings, Dorothy Hall-Johnson, Cynthia Hall, Oscar Hall, Fermin Hall, Daisy Hall, Meredella Hall, Mabel Hall, Leonie Hall-McEwan, Hinton Hall, and Jermaine Hall. His family extends to a large and loving community that includes his nephew, Dr. Vinton Douglas, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Dennis was deeply devoted to his faith, his family, and the young people he mentored throughout his life. Dennis attended Mount Moreland primary school and successfully completed his education by attaining his GCE in multiple subjects.
A true servant leader, he dedicated his life to helping others and uplifting his community. In New York, he served tirelessly at the Church of God of Prophecy, contributing in every role except Pastor. Following his retirement, Dennis moved to the Orlando area, where he continued his legacy of service by establishing the Citizens on Patrol (COPS) program in Pine Hills, as well as pivotal roles in the Caribbean community organizations, while serving on the Pine Hills Community Council for over 20 years. Since 2014, he along with his wife Sandra and trusted board members, co-founded the United Foundation of Central Florida dedicated to transforming lives through early intervention and education.
Dennis’s impact on those around him was profound. Known for his kind heart, dedication, and steadfast faith, he leaves a legacy of love and service. His family and community will forever cherish his memory, as we hold on to the inspiration and peace he brought to our lives.
A celebration of Dennis’s life will be held on Thursday November 21st 2024 at Grace Bible Church of Central Florida located at 801 Dorscher Rd, Orlando, FL 32818 from 3:30pm-6pm. Repass will immediately follow at Serenity Ranch located at 8001 Clarcona Ocoee Road, Orlando, FL 32818.
