Claris Ruth Lynch

Claris Ruth Lynch, 94 of Winter Garden, went to be with the Lord July 18, 2011. Born in Pittsylvania County, Virginia on December 19, 1916. Ruth, as a young child moved to North Carolina and graduated from Lincolnton High School in Lincolnton, North Carolina in 1935. she moved to Winter Garden in 1959. Ruth was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, Sunday School teacher and avid cook and gardener. Ruth was proceeded in death by her husband, Reverend R. Clement Lynch and son, John C. Lynch. She is survived by her daughter Marguerite Scholar (Gene), daughter Wanda Haltner (Al), son, James E. Lynch (June), 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 1pm at Southside Christian Fellowship Church.
